CliftonStrengths is the outcome of a 40-year study of human strengths, conducted by the Gallup Organization. Thirty-four distinct, statistically significant areas where people naturally tend to exhibit consistent, near-flawless performance were identified. From there, the CliftonStrengths assessment was developed to help people discover and describe their personal strengths.
